Once you've booked an ad slot or your bid has been accepted, you'll have bookings to manage. This guide explains how to track and manage your newsletter advertising bookings.

Accessing Your Bookings

  1. Click My Bookings in the sidebar

  2. You'll see a list of all your bookings

What Happens at Each Stage

Pending Payment

Your booking is created but not yet paid:

  1. Payment was interrupted or incomplete

  2. Return to complete the payment process

  3. Booking is held temporarily

Action: Complete your payment to confirm the booking.

Confirmed

Your ad is scheduled:

  1. Payment has been received

  2. Newsletter owner has your creative assets

  3. Ad will be included on the scheduled date

Action: Wait for the scheduled date. Monitor for any messages from the newsletter owner.

Completed

Your ad has been published:

  1. The booking was automatically marked complete after the scheduled date

  2. The ad has gone out to subscribers

  3. Track your results

Action: Review your campaign performance. Consider future bookings.

Cancelled

The booking was cancelled:

  1. Either party cancelled before publication

  2. Refund processed if applicable

  3. No further action needed

Booking from Campaigns

Campaign Application Approved

When a newsletter applies to your campaign and you approve:

  1. A booking is created

  2. You may need to provide creative assets

  3. Payment is processed

  4. Standard booking flow continues

Multiple Campaign Bookings

If you approve multiple applications:

  • Each is a separate booking

  • Track all in My Bookings

  • Manage as individual bookings

When will I know if my ad was published?

The booking is automatically marked as complete after the scheduled publication date. You'll see the status change and may receive a notification.

Performance isn't guaranteed. Refunds are typically only for non-delivery or significant issues. Review the platform's refund policy.

How long does a booking stay in "Pending Payment"?

If you don't complete payment, the booking may expire. Return promptly to avoid losing your selected date.

Yes! If you had a positive experience, book again or reach out about ongoing partnerships.

What if the newsletter owner doesn't publish my ad?

Contact them via messaging first. If issues aren't resolved, contact platform support.
